I. DEFINITIONS

  1. Seller – Sebastian Bachórzewski, conducting business under the name JUMP APP SEBASTIAN BACHÓRZEWSKI, ul. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 3/01, 15-094 Białystok, Poland; NIP: 7221489718.

  2. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity placing an Order.

  3. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  4. Goods – products presented in the Online Store, including personalized and custom-made products ("Custom").

  5. Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement.

  6. Agreement – a sales agreement for Goods concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store at . The current version is always available at https://nahcustoms.com/policies/terms-of-service in a form that allows it to be downloaded and printed.

  2. The Store is operated in English and Polish. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail for transactions governed by Polish law.

  3. To use the Store, the Customer needs a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active e-mail account.

  4. The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.

III. PLACING ORDERS

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 without registration, provided the Terms and Conditions are accepted.

  2. To conclude an Agreement, the Customer selects Goods, adds them to the cart, and follows the technical instructions on the website.

  3. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the Order acceptance by the Seller.

IV. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  1. Prices are given in the currency selected by the Customer (e.g., EUR, USD, PLN) and include VAT where applicable.

  2. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are displayed during the checkout process.

  3. Available payment methods:

    • Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

    • PayPal.

  4. Payment must be made immediately after placing the Order.

V. DELIVERY AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Shipping is available within the European Union and to selected countries worldwide.

  2. For international orders outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country.

  3. Delivery time is usually up to 14 business days for international shipping, depending on the destination and the type of product (custom-made items may take longer).

  4. Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the shipping address.

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

  1. Standard Goods: A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

  2. Personalized/Custom Goods: Pursuant to Art. 38 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Custom Goods).

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal (for standard goods), the Consumer must notify the Seller at: yeah@nahcustoms.com.

VII. COMPLAINTS (WARRANTY)

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects.

  2. Complaints regarding defective Goods should be sent to the e-mail address: yeah@nahcustoms.com.

  3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. However, for Consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence shall apply.

  2. Any disputes between the Seller and the Consumer may be settled through out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. The Consumer has the right to use such methods in accordance with the rules applicable in their country of residence.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in law, changes in payment or delivery methods). Customers will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance.
